Our commitment to protecting children and maintaining a zero-tolerance stance toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the TruNRI platform.
Section 01
TruNRI is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful platform for all users. As a social community application, we recognize the importance of protecting individuals from harm, especially in relation to child safety. We strictly enforce policies and safeguards to prevent misuse of our platform and to ensure compliance with global child protection laws and platform standards.
TruNRI maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Section 02
TruNRI strictly prohibits any activity, content, or behavior that involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation. This includes any attempt to create, share, distribute, promote, or facilitate Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), as well as any form of grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or inappropriate interaction involving minors.
Any violation of this policy is treated with the highest level of severity. Accounts found to be involved in such activities will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice, and such cases may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

TruNRI is designed exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to register, access, or use our platform. We take reasonable steps to identify and remove accounts that appear to belong to individuals under the age of 18.
If we discover that a user is a minor, we will take immediate action to suspend or permanently delete the account and associated data. Providing false age information or misrepresenting identity is considered a violation of our policies and may result in enforcement actions.

TruNRI provides built-in mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate behavior, harmful content, or suspicious activity directly within the app. These reporting tools are designed to be easily accessible and effective in ensuring user safety.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team with priority and handled with appropriate urgency. Users also have the ability to block other users, preventing further interaction and enhancing their control over personal safety within the platform.

TruNRI actively implements moderation practices to identify, review, and remove harmful, abusive, or illegal content. This includes a combination of proactive monitoring systems and reactive review processes based on user reports. We continuously improve our moderation tools and procedures to better detect violations and respond effectively.
Any content that is identified as violating child safety standards, particularly related to CSAE or CSAM, is removed immediately, and the associated accounts are subject to strict enforcement actions, including suspension or permanent removal.

TruNRI complies with all applicable child safety and online protection laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate. In cases where credible evidence of CSAE or CSAM is identified, we may report such incidents to relevant law enforcement agencies and cooperate fully with investigations.
Where required, we may also report cases to international organizations involved in combating online child exploitation. Our platform is committed to supporting global efforts to prevent misuse and protect vulnerable individuals.

By using TruNRI, users agree to comply with this Child Safety Standards and CSAE Policy. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to authorities where required.
Users are expected to act responsibly and report any suspicious or harmful activity to help maintain a safe community for everyone on the platform.
